About Us
The Trust Fund office provides administrative services to members of UFCW Union locals in Southern California employed in the Retail Drug Store Industry, health care fields and general service and retail businesses. We provide health and pension benefits to over 35,000 Participants and dependents.
UFCW Unions and Contributing Employers have collectively bargained for the benefits provided under these Plans. The Plans are primarily supported by Employer contributions as provided by these collective bargaining agreements. These Plans are governed by the Board of Trustees appointed by the participating Unions and Contributing Employers. The Trustees are responsible for managing the Funds under the terms of their respective Trust Agreements and the Collective Bargaining Agreements.
